They broke the oil filter cap when trying to change the oil but they made it good by loaning me a car until the next day when they could get the part to fix it. They even brought the car to me since I have a terminally ill husband at home.

I will never take my car anywhere else. I love everyone there and in the 10+ years I've been coming there, I have never felt that I've been taken advantage of, which is so important to a single female!

Been bringing my cars in for years .Great service and thorough problem troubleshooting and honest value recomendations. In this case I needed tires and John just couldnt supply tires that I would be happy with at the price of tire stores. He explained in options and +/-. I appreciate that vs just making a sale. That's why I'll continue to bring my cars to Jim's.

I have only been in for an oil change so far, but the honest assessment of my 11-year old 170,000 mile Pathfinder was refreshing. They told me nothing was wrong with it, and for more than 70,000 miles, other shops have been telling me it is near death. I know there is nothing wrong with my car, and to have mechanics tell the truth means I have found my new regular shop! If they tell me something needs attention, I will pay attention. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I highly recommend Jim's.
