Customers today rightly expect a company to do a good job when they go to a company for service. This expectation is sometimes not met, leaving a customer disappointed. On the other hand, my recent experience with Jim's Auto Clinic could not have been better. I had the pleasure of working with John, and he went the extra mile in providing "excellent", quality, skill and workmanship to restore my 1995 Lexus to almost "like new" condition. Thanks John, and anyone else who was involved with working on my car.

Everyone who works there is so nice to me and they don't treat me unfairly just because I am a woman. They tell me what is going on with my car and what needs to be done. They don't push services on me that I don't need. I know I can trust them and that's what makes me a loyal customer.
