Customers today rightly expect a company to do a good job when they go to a company for service. This expectation is sometimes not met, leaving a customer disappointed. On the other hand, my recent experience with Jim's Auto Clinic could not have been better. I had the pleasure of working with John, and he went the extra mile in providing "excellent", quality, skill and workmanship to restore my 1995 Lexus to almost "like new" condition.
