Excellent attention to the customers needs and analysis of the problems that my car was having at the time..Loaner car was a nice convenience for me. Everyone at the shop seems to be working as a team including the secretaries. The repairs that were made have corrected the problems I was having when I came into the shop. I find the staff to be very professional. It was suprising and refreshing to receive such warm,welcoming, and knowledgeable assistance. The first time I took my car to see them, they over-quoted my estimate. So when I came to pay,my total payment was $300 less then what I had been quoted. As a single female, I am always worried about being over-charged. However,Jim's is a reputable and honest company. They realized my car did not need all the repairs they thought, they acknowledged the mistake, and refused to let me pay for the extra labor. Impressive!
