added value is normal at Jim s Auto Clinic.some time back I had a flat tire in the parking lot a few doors from Jims my lug nut wrench was not fitting those on the car. I walked over to Jims, told them my dilemma and added value kicked in when Mark I believe picked up a portable power tool with a couple of sockets ,located a 4 wheeled jack and said lets go to the car.He took off the flat put on the donut spare and I asked him If I might grab a sandwich nearby while he fixed the flat he got right on it.After eating went back to Jims and my car was ready to go and at a price better than what I expected..I was impressed with what really was an act of kindness on there part. Very rare these days. since then I have taken my 1998 Windstar, and my wifes 2007 Ford Fusion for service:.Highly satisfied on both occasions and even used there loaner car,to run an errand while they serviced the car.No high prices or Big Time emotional emphases on suggested conditions to keep vehichles running safe. Thanks to every one from the proffessioal lady answering the phones and getting a promt appointment and technicians ,mechanic and owner,ACompliments that are well deserved....Thank You
