We were scheduled to leave the next day for a two week vacation when the Check Engine Light came on. We took the car in at 3 pm. Jim's diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part(s). We picked up the car the next morning at 10, three hours ahead of when we needed it. Jim's has always been professional and competent, but we really appreciate the extra effort to meet our needs when we were in a time crunch.

I have been coming to Jim's Auto Clinic for years and have always had very good service. Started about 1994 and never had a problem.

Our service was done efficiently and we were informed of the progress as things occurred. We were grateful for the explanation of what was wrong and were even more pleased to see that we would be charged much less for the same work than by the dealer down the street. As we were determining whether or not to sell our vehicle, we very much appreciated the advice that was given.

As always.. everything was great and everything was explained in simple terms.
