I found Jim's Auto Clinic via the Internet. We brought my son's 2004 Jeep in for repair. John was very informative when explaining the work needed. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. Janet was very nice when I scheduled the appointment as well. I would be a repeat customer & recommend Jim's Auto Clinic.

I've been bringing two vehicles to your clinic for over 10-years and I'm very happy with the quality of the service I receive. Your prices MAY be a little cheaper than the dealer, and price is important to all of us, but I bring my cars to you because I feel I get better quality work from you than I would get from any of the local Toyota dealers. Another very important reason is that you stand behind the work you do with a one year warranty, and you've had to do things over a couple of times and you did them without trying to make me feel like it was a new and different problem that wasn't related to the work you did earlier, like one local dealer did to me once. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT YOU RUN AN HONEST SHOP AND I CAN TRUST YOU!

John was able to determine that my headlight problems were due to the fact that three bulbs had burnt out.
