Jim's Auto Clinic was FANTASTIC. I am very pleased with their interaction with me as a customer (very considerate and polite!!), their expert knowledge of the issues with my older (OLD) Toyota truck and the total customer experience. I really feel like I've made some new friends, have a reliable place to take my vehicles to when in need and will recommend Jim's as the first place to go to everyone I know in need of auto-repair.

We were having trouble with our power steering on our Acura. Jim's diagnosed a power steering hose problem. They were right. Our Acura drives fine now. We have been using Jim's Auto Clinic for years now and it has kept our old cars running and safe.

On road trip from AZ to Maine and back, my Toyota RAV 4's A/C cut out on the hottest day in July. So I dropped the car at Jim's. John had the new parts in and working the same day for a very reasonable price, I got to see the Cincinnati sights for the day, then continued on my way nice and cool! Good communication, friendly front desk, all parts warrantied.

I've been going here for a few years and I must say that I've consistently received excellent service there. The staff is friendly and very customer experienced focused. Mechanics are upfront with you about what goes into your repair and does an excellent job! I'll definitely keep recommending this business!

I highly recommend them! They feel like family and I trust my aging Honda with Jim's Auto Clinic. From the first time I met them (locked my keys in the back of my car loading groceries at Kroger across the street), they treated me warmly and have become one of my favorite businesses in Hamilton County.
