Excellent service.

I did not get the service, just an estimate of potential service which is related to the brake system in the back. I appreciate getting the estimate at no cost! I thought the estimated potential cost of the service was a bit high. Replacing the pads and the rotors on the back axle was the major service of interest to me and I thought the cost ought to be less.

Driving from Kentucky to Wisconsin - our car was making "noise". Pulled over and found Jim's Auto Clinic. They test drove our car and discovered our new tire was loose! They helped us on the spot. Wish they were located in Wisconsin - they would have all of our auto business. Very professional and honest!
