If they had done a better test drive they would have noticed the defective strut. I noticed it as soon as I turned out of your parking lot.

Overall, I was satisfied with the replacement of the timing belt. The mechanic did not attach the ground wire to the engine mount though. Estimated price was about $100 lower than the price I paid.

The excellent service that I receive is only part of the reason that I continue to take my car to Jim's. The other reason as that everyone makes you feel like you're family when you are there. It's like going home to spend time with relatives. I have recommended Jim's to family and friends and will continue to do so. I love them.
